Service, we work closely with you and prospective purchasers from the
start (our evaluation) through to the closing day. We have provided
this professional service to dentists across Canada for over 25 years.
After we evaluate your practice, we actively advertise, screen
enquirers with you, and confidentially discuss your practice with
potential purchasers. We also review your tax status regarding a
possible tax-free shares sale with your accountant. In addition, we
work with your lawyer and review all agreements prior to your execution.
A fixed fee is set. There is no commission.
If you are a buyer and have located a practice, we can also assist with
our evaluation, and by working with your lawyer, accountants and
lenders.
